How the connection works
One request. One company at a time.
FixKnights is designed to reduce repeated calls and avoid sending a homeowner request to multiple companies at once.
- 01Enter the service ZIP
The homeowner provides the five-digit ZIP code where HVAC help is needed.
- 02Check participating companies
FixKnights identifies eligible contractors that serve that ZIP.
- 03Call sequentially
Eligible companies are tried one at a time until a contractor accepts.
- 04Connect by telephone
The accepting contractor and homeowner speak directly. The homeowner chooses whether to hire.
Clear boundaries
A connection platform, not an HVAC contractor.
FixKnights does not perform repairs, employ participating contractors, set prices, or guarantee availability, diagnosis, arrival, workmanship, or job completion.
Customers should confirm current licensing, insurance, pricing, and service terms before hiring. For fire, a suspected gas leak, carbon monoxide, or immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency service.
